Bridgehampton Estate Where Ralph Lauren’s NYFW Show Just Took Place Hits the Market

In early September, New York Fashion Week opened in a rather surprising location. About 95 miles from Ralph Lauren’s iconic Polo Bar restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, the seasoned American fashion designer held his show out East. Guests were transported via helicopter, sea plane, and black car to a sophisticated horse farm in Bridgehampton to view Ralph Lauren’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection and to dine at a Polo Bar pop-up. And, while the original restaurant is notoriously difficult to obtain a reservation, it appeared even more rare to receive an invite to this star-studded show in one of the country’s most exclusive areas. Now, the Hamptons estate where it all took place is up for grabs—that is, for those with $15,250,000.

While it’s too late to join in on the fashion festivities, the next owner of Khalily Stables will have impressive bragging rights. After all, how many people can say that top ’90s supermodels (yes, Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington) have strutted around their estate? Not to mention in front of 250 A-list types including Anna Wintour, Jude Law, Laura Dern, Usher, Naomi Watts, and First Lady Jill Biden.

One Vogue writer, Elise Taylor, recalled the evening: “In Ralphampton, impeccably dressed equestrians trot elegantly around a riding field lined with a white picket fence. In Ralphampton, every car is a vintage Jaguar or Mercedes.” She says that the show took place in a white tent where every guest had a front row seat. After the show, guests enjoyed a meal—not at the iconic 55th Street Polo Bar, but at the Polo Barn. “The brand built a complete recreation of their New York restaurant in the equestrian space, down to the paintings, booths, and menus,” Taylor writes.

The 19-acre property boasts two barns, 15 grass paddocks, two riding arenas, two riding fields, a covered Kraft walker, and an indoor arena with a bathroom. The main barn houses 18 spacious stalls, while the secondary barn has nine—totaling 27 stalls. There are staff accommodations, including a one bed/one bath apartment and a two-bedroom cottage. With an office space, tack rooms, and ample storage, all that’s missing are the horses.

Rolanda Blue Doolan of the Corcoran Group holds the equestrian-lover’s dream. Doolan also brokered the deal with Ralph Lauren’s team for the event rental. “I’m incredibly proud to have helped bring together an iconic brand with a world-class equestrian stable for such an extraordinary event in the Hamptons,” she says.
