It’s not often you see a real estate sale as star-studded as when late night host Jimmy Fallon sold his Manhattan penthouse to supermodel Cara Delevingne in 2022. Fallon and his wife, film producer Nancy Juvonen, pieced together four separate units and extensively renovated the final floorplan to make it their own with splashy, unabashedly playful style. Delevingne clearly appreciated the creativity and seemingly hasn’t altered its aesthetic one bit, though she has been trying to move on from the nearly 5,000-square-foot residence since last year.
The fierce catwalk favorite, who also once bought a home from actor Jared Leto, first listed this imaginative penthouse in October 2025 for $11 million. Since then, it’s been on and off the market, but most recently popped up for sale again seeking $8.5 million.
Thankfully, in the process, no beige neutralizing or noticeable de-personalizing has been done to this magical Gramercy Park pad. It has relisted in all its glory, still displaying the bold choices Fallon and Juvonen made back when they designing it to be their family home. The vibrant 1970s-esque kitchen, full of whimsical shapes and hues, would make it difficult for anyone to start their day in a bad mood. The family room also embraces a retro, groovy feel while the nearby ‘Saloon Room’ with a custom wet bar and vintage barback transports you to a cool Western film or classic Ralph Lauren ad.
While the spaces can deviate in style, they consistently deliver unique flair. Everything is interesting, intentional, and fun in spirit. Even the stairwell garners design intrigue with its leafy light fixture and gallery wall mural. While a new owner could, of course, fall in love with the six-bedroom penthouse’s size and remodel it to be more minimalist or subdued, what a shame it would be to see such a fabulously flamboyant home’s sparkle dimmed.
