
In the wake of his $13.5M purchase in Beverly Hills, Ricky Martin is looking to make big bucks on his Upper East Side digs. The pop star bought the 3,147-square-foot condo in 2012 for $5.9M and is now seeking a lofty $8.4M, reports Variety. Douglas Elliman’s Dennis Mangone has the listing.
The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, an eat-in kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and two master bedroom suites. Each master bathroom is finished with Italian Perlino Bianco marble and includes a six-foot soaking tub. The residence is located in the Peter Marino-designed 170 East End Avenue, which includes such amenities as a fitness center, pilates and yoga studios, golf simulator, screening room and arcade game room.
