
Hotel and casino magnate Steve Wynn has found a buyer for his Bel Air mansion, reports the LA Times, selling it for $16.55M. The Wynn Resorts founder bought the home 3 years ago for $16.25M. The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky, Leonard Rabinowitz and Deedee Howard represented both the buyer and the seller.
Part of the exclusive “Platinum Triangle” neighborhoods in Los Angeles, the house is located in a tony enclave known as Lower Perugia Way and is one of only a dozen homes to border the Bel Air Country Club. A grand double staircase greets guests in the entry, which leads to the main level living spaces that overlook the golf course. Upstairs, there are 2 guest suites as well as the sprawling master and multiple private terraces and balconies that overlook the property.
