The residence where visionary architect Zaha Hadid lived prior to her untimely death in 2016 has sold for $5.75 million. The breezy Miami Beach condo can be found in the W hotel tower where Hadid redesigned the space in 2009, according to Curbed.The futuristic interiors are a quintessential element of the Pritzker Prize-winning designer’s creations. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit exhibits simplistic white walls and sleek lines and surfaces. The current condo stands at a spacious 2,500-square-feet after two smaller units were combined to create the existing space. Its new buyer will revel in the spectacular views of the Miami oceanfront.The condo is not the only piece of Hadid’s portfolio that resides in Miami. The architect’s luxury condominium One Thousand Museum is currently under construction, and has caught the eye of celebrities and dignitaries alike.
