Inside the $28M Tribeca Penthouse Adele Recently Called Home

In between playing sold out shows during the New York leg of her Adele Live 2016 tour, Luxury Listings reports that Adele made herself at home in a 7,200-square-foot Tribeca penthouse that’s currently on the market for $28M with Douglas Elliman’s Andrew Azoulay. According to the listing, the palatial pad was created by combining two grand apartments in a no-expense-spared renovation. The interiors boast soaring ceilings and walls of windows as well as a sky-lit great room, restaurant-grade kitchen and indulgent master suite. Two outdoor terraces encompass an additional 3,000 square feet and feature a fireplace, outdoor kitchen and dog house. The 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom penthouse is currently owned by basketball star Deron Williams, who listed it for $33.5M last August and has cut the price multiple times since, making the current ask $28M or $60,000/month as a furnished rental.
