Still on a real estate roll, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo just listed this dreamy Beverly Hills mansion they’ve owned for only a year, asking a hefty $47.5 million. The singer and model have been making big real estate moves left and right, and don’t seem to be easing up any time soon. Last year, they broke even unloading a Holmby Hills mansion and parted ways with a groovy Beverly Hills abode, too. The couple also picked up a $32 million mansion from Jennifer Garner, according to Variety, but that may be the next one to go at the rate they’re going.Back to the listing at hand, this 10,376-square-foot manse is undeniably spectacular. From the ivy-covered façade to the light-filled spaces to the chef’s kitchen, anyone would be lucky to live here. Of course, that $47.5 million price tag will certainly narrow the buyer field. Prinsloo and Levine purchased it for $33.9 million from TV producer Max Mutchnick and Erik Hyman, so they’re poised to make a sweet profit.Within the stately English Tudor and its partially attached guesthouse, there are five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and ample chic décor. Though Levine and Prinsloo have only owned it a short time, the real estate savvy pair updated it with “2019 state-of-the-art amenities.” There is a media room, gym, tennis court, putting green, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen to ensure entertaining is never boring.Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency has the beautiful celebrity listing.
