Actress Brooke Shields has officially parted ways with her rustic Pacific Palisades residence of 25 years. Private and welcoming, the retreat is ultra-homey, but it did take a price cut for a buyer to really warm up to it. And, not just any buyer. According to Dirt, actor Sam Page nabbed the property.
After making it available to rent quite a few times, Shields put the deed on the menu in August 2021. First seeking $8.195 million, the asking price was reduced to $7.995 million toward the end of September and closed in February for $7.4 million. Despite the discount, it’s still a win for the Blue Lagoon legend since she originally dropped $3.24 million on it.
High in the celebrity-studded neighborhood’s Upper Riviera section, the 5,345-square-foot abode’s relaxed yet private vibe could be what makes it a celebrity magnet. Set behind a gated driveway and shielded by gorgeous greenery, it’s a place where you can get away from everything.
While the sweeping views, multi-level outdoor spaces, and pool give the house all the right staples for chic Cali living, it’s the primary suite that really stands out. More like a condo than a bedroom, it occupies the entire upper level and includes a sauna, an office/sitting room, a bathroom with a wood-burning fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a large balcony.
The other four bedrooms and all entertaining areas unfold on the lower level. This is the place to gather, cook, or dine al fresco with the canyon beyond creating a completely calming atmosphere.
For the high-profile transaction, Jade Mills and Albert Sousa of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing while Cody Garcia of The Agency represented the buyer.
