Fleetwood Mac bassist John McVie is following in the footsteps of bandmate Lindsey Buckingham and selling his home in Brentwood. McVie bought the 2,200-square-foot home in 2014 for $2.53M and is asking $2.995M for it. Although he is selling this property, McVie does not appear to be leaving Brentwood as he bought a larger home in the same neighborhood for $6.775M.
The home for sale is a 2-bedroom that was built in the 1920s and recently renovated by McVie and his wife, Julie. A detached guesthouse on the property adds additional square footage and is currently being used as a music studio.
Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland represents the listing, which Mansion Global reported.
